Since there has been some discussions recently about softboxes, here is a nifty one using a box from Ikea. I think the box name listed is incorrect, it looks like should be a Skubb Box.
Make Light Painting Circles With Light

A 680kg X-ray camera shooting ten million images per second sounds great... but at only 0.00003 megapixels (30 pixels).
