Hi!,

Thought I would post this link, http://www.recover-my-photos.com/
as it seems a usefull back up to have.

However, before going ahead and ordering I would like to ask forum members if they have had any experience or recommendations with this type of software and if anyone has had occassion to use it. If so, was it successfull?

I use PC Detective (free download) and it has proven extremely effective.

I use ontrack easy recovery professional, recovers all sorts of stuff

EDIT: i've heard recover4all is good too, but neither of these programs are free unfortunately

Well I have two Lexar CF cards. These come with a free copy of Image Rescue 2.0 on the card. I've copied the software to my HD for safekeeping and installed it, but never needed to use it.
