buying Extension Tube Sets helpwhat thinking of buying one of those kenko extention tube sets to help focus close for product work.
i pretty much have nothing for close-up work besides the pb5 but it hasn't help for close up work, extreme close yes. i was also thinking of buying the 105 f/4 mirco with pn11 for about 200usd is there much advantage buying the nikon lenses combos? or just buy the tube set and use my 105 f/2.8 lenses? since my minimal focus was 1meter can i work out the effect of the tube. Doesn't depth of field totally depend on the magnification factor?
IE.... no matter what setup you use DOF will be the same for the same appature at the same magnification? I could be totally wrong here so feel free to correct me. I read it somewhere. Paul http://www.australiandigitalphotography.com
Living in poverty due to my addiction to NIKON... Is there a clinic that can help me?
To a certain degree yes... but my macro lens can go to f/32 (more at higher mags)

Yes it would.... but you would have a rather dim image in the viewfinder... and I don't think you can use metering in camera with bellows can you?
