Happy fathers day

Postby Geoff on Sun Sep 04, 2005 1:26 pm

Well,
I can't be with my Dad today, so I'd like to say a big happy fathers day to all the Dad's on the forum. I hope you all have a fantastic day and that you're spoilt rotten. Anyone get any good camera gear for fathers day? Please tell us about it if you did! Cheers!!
Geoff

Thanks Geoff!
My first time...
Your's is no doubt down the track...

The closest I got to camera goods was some AA batteries for my SB800 :P

I did get a big box of my fav foods, breakfast in bed and tonight... well :D

Extending Geoff's wished to all other Fathers also,

JD

I have a daughter living and working in Melbourne, and a son who has just moved to Sydney (Friday: 26 August) and completed his first week, and waiting for calls. Even if they don't ring I still love them.

I am having a very restful day. Went out to lunch to my favourite Cafe and might have a little snooze shortly.

Well, this was my very first Fathers Day & my 2 month olds are a bit too young yet to "get into the day", although I did get a few smiles, which was all I could have asked for :)

...and, I was allowed to purchase a Copperhill dSLR Cleaning Kit, which I am awaiting delivery of.....and can't wait (the sensor is filthy !)

I also noticed, earlier today, a little visitor that dropped by the computer room and of course, I had to take a photo (unfortunately, it's not the best quality - but the sentiment is there):

Happy Fathers Day, Dads :)
