Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.

I really liked this area and like this photo except for the dark areas to the right. the photo overall appears to be a bit dark on thids forum or too much contrast.

G'day LD,
Found this thread, looks like a terrific spot for some interesting photos... My eye seems drawn along the creek bed and straight to the twisted gum on the left hand side... Great colour... Could try a gently feathered selection and a play with either curves, levels, or shadows in PP if you wanted to brighten up that area...

Hi. I like the shot. I dont think that the RHS is too dark. The shot reminds me a little of Constable's landscapes. That BTW is a compliment. I would love to be able to take a landscape as well as Constable painted them.

Yes, I really like this scene. It's interesting how when I look at it, at times it looks like a painting, and then it pops back to looking like a photo. A kind of optical illusion. Very well done. :)
