Competition closing soonHurry Hurry folks, get your entries in!
Closing, Closing soon. If I did not have an entry in, I might have entered Coco - Taken today. Kit lens, F5, 800ISO, No flash Thank you to Birddog for making all this possible! Cheers Graham
Are there any prizes for taking the most pictures?
I have taken over 1000 pictures and travelled over 3000km looking for the right picture. All I can say is that I am still not happy with what I have got. The sad thing is it was taken within 50km of my house. The good news is that I now know what fstop means and it is good to have fast glass for action. Cheers, Darryl. D70, kit lens, 70 - 200VR lens, 12-24 lens, SB 800, Lowe Pro Mini Trekker, Manfrotto Carbon 440 Tripod, Velbon ball head Monopod, Ikelite Underwater Housing, Ikelite 125 Strobe, 60GB X Drive Pro.

It's true that the greatest pictures are usually teken within 30 meters of your back door. Reference Gene Smiths "a walk in Paradise gardens". (Not your back door...the photographers back door). Regards

Coco pic taken five metres from garage door
Competition entry - can't say, it's anonymous But Plucka the winner gets to choose the next topic, and may just choose something like Lake Eyre, or the Simpson Desert, both places are well within your 3000 km range! I had a lot of trouble choosing my entry - In fact, I know I have chosen and entered the wrong photo! but rules are rules, one submission and no changes, so don't be too upset, I might not have travelled 3000 but I have the wrong entry in. hehe Cheers Graham
Lots of submissions today - awesome work guys and girls they are looking great...puts the heat on those whom haven't submitted an entry (yet) . Can't wait until the Christmas do to see who wins!!!
