Common onion weedG'day,
Playing with the close-up filter thing again, this is fun! Things I previously would have never noticed take on a new life... How the heck you guys get any form of DOF astounds me and I'm struggling to get the sharpness grrr... I assume it's just the lack of skill, sigh... Dunno if I've really captured this one OK, was just playing as it was a s..t day outside after I finished work (gotta get an early ni ni tonight) and I couldn't go out to play For what it's worth... I quite like this. The DOF is interesting. It looks like (but isn't the case) the stamens are in focus as well as the green stripes on the petals. The black background really makes the image even stronger. Peter
