Sweet grab, at this resolution I couldn't easily tell if something's not quite in focus, so the whole thing looks good.
Were you using dynamic area, continuous AF? I'm still trying to nail down my "fast-moving-dog-sized-subject" technique... --Chuan
That's one of the most insanely funny nature images i have seen, the owl looks positively stunned but i can't tell wether your good looks or the camera was the cause.

Great shot Sheepie, I have a side on from Toronga that is fairly sharp when I was up there. They're quite hard to capture because of the short distance that they fly makes it hard to predict their path.
