Sunday Fun - 4wd'in pics41 x 4wd's on a trek ... awesome day. Impossible to capture all 4wd's in one spot (people getting held up, bogged, rah rah). Mates of mine in a club, was a good fun day out.
page 1 and 2 from this lot : http://darb.net/4wding A few nice ones photographically, but most are snaps. http://davidsonimagery.com/
Right place, right time, where the hecks my camera ...
Darb,
Really liked that set. Some great compositions (and some excellent sunets). Its hard to take photos of 4WDing without it just being a parade of vehicles so it looks like you've really thought about composition at almost all times - admirable. Some of the portraits are also great, given the conditions. Canon 20D and a bunch of lovely L glass and a 580EX. Benro tripod. Manfrotto monopod. Lowepro and Crumpler bags. And a pair of Sigma teleconverters, and some Kenko tubes. http://www.dionm.net/
Great shots, how badly damaged was the Hilux?
