Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread.
Please also ensure that you have a meaningful location included in your profile. Please refer to the FAQ for details of what "meaningful" is.

G'day,
Had the day off work, had it all planned but slept in! Damn, I wanted to get up to hanging Rock really early to check out the place in the nice early light but slept in, damn!
Ahh well, ended up playing at the Zoo instead, met another D70 member too (G'day)! Also chatted with a few guys that had their tripods setup, and I thought I was keen wow...
Anyway, you guys know I can't help myself with these dudes... 
All these are really high ISO due to the really low light, the tiger shots are ISO800, see what you think...
Damn, just realised I haven't sharpened after re-size, doh! I always bloody forget that, geeesss... Ahhh well, maybe one day I'll remember...
The three Amigo's... Damn, must have stuffed up the focus as it ain't sharp...
This dude is so cute...
Walking the beat... With this one I simply focussed on a certain point and snapped when he reached it, not sure if I've really got the focus right as his eyes seem soft... I think the focus point was near his nose...
Stalking in the bushes...

As you say, the first shot could be sharper but the rest are great, #2 & #3 are my favourites.

What lens were you using? I only have a 300mm and find that it isnt quite enough.
