From the Brisbane mini meet today. From L to R. Steve (SteveGriffin), John (Oneputt), Simon (Manta), Jaques (Troppo), Dion (DionM), Mark (Sliderr), Tamara (Byron) and seated Michael (Dargan)

A good meet, thanks to all who came, Jaques for his hospitality, Simon for the info on CCD cleaning, and Michael for his CD's. Oh and I nearly forgot Birddog for the Moet :D

Thanks Jacques for putting up with us today and for finally getting up the courage to have a crack at CCD cleaning. Well done.

Thank you all for a most enjoyable event.

Great shot Oneputt!

Looks like you all had a great time.

I look forward to the next meet, maybe I can attend that one to boost the numbers a little.

Working today so no chance of attending :x

Sorry that I missed the event. My in- laws moved house this weekend. I did intend to go to the meet but felt too guilty to leave the work to everyone else. Met Jacques and Tamara on Wednesday at the same venue and it was nice to sit and talk 'camera' with people who are as obsessive as myself. Hope I get there next time.

Oh dear. That's what I get for driving down the freeway with the window down in the car

Canon 20D and a bunch of lovely L glass and a 580EX. Benro tripod. Manfrotto monopod. Lowepro and Crumpler bags. And a pair of Sigma teleconverters, and some Kenko tubes.

I wasn't going to say anything, Dion. I thought it was high-altitude winds...
