There are some good pics there, Dave, but that first one is far and away the best of the bunch.

Now that looks like fun!!! What a nightmare for an SLR user though eh! Also looks very hot.
Love the pics, especially the first one and the eighth (close-in on the racing). *** When getting there is half the fun! ***
Dave, great shots there i too love #1, the others are fine as well but you need to play with shutter speeds and paning. Get some motion in them wheels. well done.

Have to agree with the others, the first one is a absolute rippa of a shot, looks like lots of fun. Did you get to drive one ? Or only shoot them ?
I'm a tad unoriginal and like number one the best, but also number three. It's got that 'rough out of focus' feel to it. Agree that you need to try panning, it's hard to get used to, but really gives that impression of speed.
Dirt Kart racing sure looks like good blokey fun!!! Just need one to haul my heavy ass around! 2x D700, 2x D2h, lenses, speedlights, studio, pelican cases, tripods, monopods, patridges, pear trees etc etc

i like the 2nd image.
i hope no dirt ended up on your equipment. Life's pretty straight without drifting

All good shots, but I would have to agree with many others here and say that #1 is a real pearl. I don't know if it is my monitor but I would just add a touch of contrast to that shot to give it a bit more bling
Cheers, Craig
Dude, these are great!! What lens you use? Never heard of dirt kart and it looks like fun...if you're into dirt. I like the way you froze the driver and blurred the rest in one of your shots. Also love #1, and could be great advertising for Scotts goggles and AGV helmets!
That last pic you posted makes me laugh. He was obviously at the back of the group. Well done and thanks for posting! Jase - 'Motorcycle Gallery' - 'Car Gallery'
