Beware terms and conditions............Lucky old me got a few quid burning a hole in the pocket and i have permission from SWMBO to spend it
Good job really as i found this in H K Supplies T&Cs............. We're sorry but there will be no returns accepted due to changing your mind (or your spouse/significant other changing your mind for you). in the beginning was the word, and the word was Aardvark......
Yes Chris - This is fair enough too!
The law generally does not allow buyers who simply change their mind and decide they don't want what they bought, the right to avoid or rescind their bargain. Of course, there is nothing to prevent a buyer who does change his or her mind asking the seller if they can return the goods for a refund. If the seller refuses, then that's the end of it. At least HK supplies is upfront about their terms and conditions. In a way they are saying, if you buy from us, be sure what you buy is what you want. That's fair enough in my book! Cheers Graham
Graham, I think Chris has his tongue in his cheek

He does?
Pass me the glasses Stubbsy! - I can't see the tongue-in-cheek but in saying that, I'm not the quickest with subtle humour. "feels kinda foolish" Hope everyone has a great weekend and that no-one reads this post! Cheers Graham
I think that further investigation may reveal that under local Trade Practices legislation that there is a cooling off period of perhaps 7 days during which goods can be returned in the order and condition that they were supplied for whatever reason.
I am sure Thaddeus would be able to enlighten us in this regard. Could be yet another reason to buy from the little man around the corner, so to speak. Cheers, _______________
