It is different, but I will be concerned if all my pics start turning out like this. :?

I hope I'll have it back before Xmas. I stll havve the old F65 so will shoot just some cheap film while its away.

But with the F65 I find my self looking at the back to check the pic each time

Matt,

Just think of the hours of slavish PhotoShop that some have devoted to getting a result like this. You can always call it 'ART' and, if the camera is repaired and returned faultless then it truly is a 'ONE-OFF ORIGINAL'.

Oneputt,

Is that the same Prophet whose words "are written on the subway walls and tenement halls"? While Matt's camera is away I guess that the only shutter speed heard near him will be the Sounds Of Silence!! (Forgive me for I know not what I do!!)

Cheers,

Or a problem with the RAW conversion.

I had a few that turned all green in RSE. Cleared the cache and it reloaded the images fine.

I wouldn't be sending it off based on one image.

MATT

I can remember seeing a thread about someone with exactly the same problem on the dpreview forum. This guys picture was exactly like yours all one colour. Unfortunately I can't find the thread but it might be worthwhile do a search on that site. From memory it was a one off and he was not able to reproduce the problem, just a glich.

I think the image is quite interesting :)
