olrac,
Depend on how deep is your pocket,
There're RRS, Kirk, Wimberley, Stroboframe and few other to name, they all have the flash bracket which will suit you.

Olrac,
I use a simple Hama bracket in conjunction with the SC-29 for my SB-800.

From memory, I think it was about $35. A friend of mine had one and ordered it from a photo shop.

It was more for video cameras but works a treat with the SC-29 and is a lot cheaper.

Do you have to have the cable or can you use it in wireless mode?

To be perfectly honest, I've never played with the flash in wireless mode. Would not have the foggiest.

Sorry.

You could probably use commander mode triggered by the on-board flash, but it would have to be mounted on the left of the camera as in the photo... You may still experience some mis-fires with this method and the cable would be more reliable. In addition, the SC-29 features an additional AF-Assist light.
Cheers, John
