Hi,

for those in Newcastle, saw this advertised in the Herald today, there is the Wildlife Photography exhibition at the Newcastle Library in the Lovett Gallery.

From the library web site:
http://www.newcastle.nsw.gov.au/services/culture/library/conference/lovett.cfm
24 Sep - 19 Nov Wildlife Photographer of the Year

This unforgettable collection of 101 images comprises the winning and commended photographs from the Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2004 competition.

Cheers,

Hi,

just an update on this exhibition in Newcastle. It is well worth going to see it. I went yesterday, there are some awesome photgraphs, if you like wildlife and nature photography, you won't be disappointed!! It is the BBC's competition winning entries for 2004 as well as runners up.

Each photo has the story behind it attached to it, as well as camera settings. All very interesting to read. In 2004, most were on film, it will be interesting to see the details of the 2005 competition - film/digital.

Cheers,
