Its a Web photo gallery / album constructor and it supports RAW files

Gallery Constructor is a versatile application for Web photo gallery / album creation. Galleries can be created easily using pre-defined gallery templates which can be customized to your own specific needs. You can choose your own image processing workflows which allows you to add wanted flare to you photos.

RawView is an extremely small Java program which allows you to view a variety of raw-files from digital cameras and batch convert the images to JPEGs.
