Hello from a new D70 owner in Perth

Postby stevew on Sat Dec 11, 2004 1:16 am

Hi everyone.

I am a new D70 owner (9 days).

The D70 is my first DSLR. Previous cameras (still have them) were a Pentax Program A (1970s) with 50mm f/1.4, 30-70 zoom and 70-210 zoom - all manual stuff and a Canon Pro90IS digicam.

I am really enjoying the responsiveness of the D70 after a few years of the Pro90s slowness to respond.

So far I have added a 80-200mm f/2.8 zoom and some circ polarisers to the D70. The wallet is now empty for a while although I still have some goodies on order via eBay.
