 Hi guys,
I just wanted to share an example of a fellow photographers use of this lens. I know there is much debate between the NIKON/SIGMA/TOKINA of which I feel all are good lenses.
The example enclosed is from Ilkka Räisänen whose portfolio can be viewed here:
http://www.photo.net/photos/ir/ I requested Ilkka his permission to submit the photo enclosed and being the gentleman he is he agreed. The photo enclosed to me shows the very best example of what this particular 12-24 lens is capable of and also the amount of talent Ilkka has a photographer. Very comical but also a superb image in my opinion.
 regards,
 Paul

It is comical but don't you think it is a great shot! The DOF is fantastic, the background works for the subject.
Makes me want to go to a cow pasture!
The ability that some photographers have in creating an image is amazing

 Good find Paul,
Your right great example of the Sigma shining and a creative and imaginative person behind the camera. The perspective almost makes the cow look cartoon like.

Just goes to prove that it's the person who makes the image.
 Great work.

Great shot and it shows how good Sigma lens can be, as in this case a top-notch photog and the right angle. This guy's photos are amazing! Bob.
