Problem with Nikon Capture

Hi

When i load my NEF files, it shows in the display in inversed (negative) colours. It does similar to JPEG.

I have reinstalled it but no help.

Anyone know how to resolve this problem?

Did you run Regsweeper.exe in the utilities folder on the installation CD after uninstall? Also, use regsweeper from your current update package. This will remove all registry entries, and quite possibly any settings that may be causing your problem.

How did you install NV + NC? and what version?

I installed it from a website version. Then i added the updates.

Still no luck.

Have you installed NV first? and did you remove uninstall NV and run regsweeper.exe prior re-installed NC?

I installed View then Capture.

Still it comes in inverted colours.

OK, please re-do this way:
First: Unsinstall NV and use regsweeper.exe to clean all the junk
Second: Install the NC 4.0 first, reboot and installed upgrade, up to the latest ver 4.13
Try NEF, to see what's happened?
Then I'll tell you do next.
