Some large storms coming over....

if anyone is interested i am heading to woody point near redcliffe to take some shots of the storm coming over the bay.... more than welcome to come and join me...

I was stuck at work and resigned to seeing the shots brought in by work photographers at the editors desk.

One HELL of a squall front

That was a hum dinger of a storm. I was heading up to Mt Gravatt to get some shots but it beat me. Almost like a tornado in Mt Gravatt - flying wheelie bins, horizontal rain. Real scary.

Things are pretty unstable again today so there might be another good opportunity

On the Southside it was bad but not as bad as other suburbs copped the storm.

Garden City Shopping Centre had a number of shops closed due to water coming in through the roof. The amout Westfield charge in rent you'd at least expect to be dry
