Are All These Ebay Scams?Hi there,
I just was on ebay and thought I would type in D2x in the search box... I was totally amazed at the number of D2x's that are on there for very low prices.... they are apparently offering new ones for buy it now prices between USD$1000 and $1500. I've never used ebay to make a purchase (and probably never will) but I was under the impression that fraudulent sellers and scams aren't all that common... Are all of these way too good to be true? I can't possibly see how they could be offering new D2x's for those prices. But surely they can't all be scams? Can they? Just after some opinions. It certainly gets my interest levels up. Pity my head says it can't be true. Paul http://www.australiandigitalphotography.com

The famous saying, 'If it looks too good to be true, it probably is' applies here.

Re: Are All These Ebay Scams?
On a brief exam ...one looks like a highjacked account...The seller is trying to offload lots of goods all at once (not only camera stuff) on an account which has been only a buyer account in past (with 100% feedback). Most of the others do not reveal the bidders and ask you to contact the seller by email about the $1200 price. It will be a non traceable payment method and you will not get a camera. They are scams....your head is right.
