Interesting remote triggerI'm considering this unit to shoot time lapse with my D70. Already have the Nikon IR remote that is needed in conjunction with this unit.

with the mll3, everytime you want a shot, you press the button and get a shot, It would appear that with this gizmo, you tell it that (for instance) you want a shot every 1 minute. then you walk away and the thing goes to work for you. Steve

Not sure if you aware that you can do this with a laptop computer and NIKON Capture. The software has all the tools you need to activate the camera remotely and in any time sequence you wish. Regards

I've use NC to do this on several occasions, but given my laptop's hunger for power, its really only practical when near mains power. A stand alone intervalometer at a sensible price is irresistable to me, so I ordered one:) Gordon D70, D200, CP5700
