Tokina Lens on D200

Postby Ukunz on Sat Jan 14, 2006 10:48 pm

Hi Guy's,

Upgrading to a D200 from a 801s soon and wanting to confirm if my old Tokina AT-X AF-28-70 F2.8 will still be ok to use with the D200, because big bucks to replace with the new Nikkor 28-70 2.8.
Thanks in advance.

Regards Ukunz.

Yes it will be fine. Because of the APS sensor expect a 42-105 mm instead.

Welcome onboard.
The Tokina 28-70 will work on the D200, no questions ask.
But you can't compare it with the Nikkor 28-70, it's in difference league.
