Another Newbie

It's about time I said hi, cos I've been lurking here for over a week now (thanks for the pointer Alpha_7) & have already picked up heaps of tips.

Like Bretski, I've just splashed out on a 350D & got the 70-300 lens as well (it's been a week & I'm already lusting ) & plan on using it as much as possible...

Glad to see you posting (I knew it was only a matter of time), can't wait to see some of your photos. It's good to see a few more canon users join, it certainly helps spice things up.

Out of interest what's on the top of your lust list ?

Can't wait to get a chance to get out & take some either - the weather's been a bit ordinary lately

Hmmmm.....lust list.....tripod definitely (I finally used the aforementioned Christmas present the other day tho & it didn't break), Speedlite 580EX would go nicely & of course a short fast lens to round it out
