I have two with the same name

Adobe Photoshop CS2 for Photographers by Martin Evening

This is more of a technical manual and will explain in detail how to edit and fix images.

The Photoshop CS2 Book for Digital Photographers by Scott Kelby

This is less technical and will give you an easy step by step guide on how to fix up you images.

Both are great, I had to buy one I'd get the one by Martin Evening but you cant go wrong with both.

I've got "How to do everything with Photoshop CS2", author is Colin Smith, McGrawHill Osborne.
It doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
It is also in colour unlike some more expensive books.

The User Guide which comes the software isn't too bad either. I have that and Kelby's book.

I have the Martin Evening book also . Very good book .Comes with an instructional CD as well that was helpful .

I had a look at these two books at the bookstore during lunchtime today, both were very helpful.

I bought the Scott Kelly - The photoshop CS2 book for digital photographers purely because it is less technical and caters mostly for beginners. It has clear instructions step by step guides with pictures.
