Onyx = 3KChi
Just over 1 year ago you hit 1K now you've passed the 3K mark. Congratulations. I frequently learn interesting stuff from your posts and you seem to offer up odd and detailed technical snippets on all sorts of things. And of course I now know more than I ever needed to know about flashlights. Peter

Chi - one of the original posters that I followed avidly both here and on DPreview - your knowledge on many subjects has always impresseed me and I look forward to many more meaningful posts from ”The Onyx”

I thought we weren't celebrating post counts anymore?! Or at least not intermediate milestones that don't mean anything...
Thanks guys, I can never tire of this place, the positive spirit of fellow members and the endless generosity... It truly is a treasure and I feel blessed to be a apart of it. I'm glad I could impart whatever info others find useful, as I seem to have a knack for retaining otherwise useless trivia. And speaking of torches, I'm awaiting Tigerlight to approve an international order of a super premium battery pack and 4th generation lamp module for my Tigerlight FBOP. It seems I'm one of very few of their customers outside of North America (not helped by the battery charger's AC powerpack being 110V) and currently having difficulty in ordering on their site. This is by far my brightest torch, even though the Surefires remain my most used.
Congratulations Chi.
You've passed down a wealth of knowledge that has been invaluable to newbie and veteran alike. Not only that but your writing style is entertaining and fresh - a delight to read. Thanks for what you've given us and thanks in advance for your continued support, insight, humour and companionship. Last edited by Manta on Sat Jan 28, 2006 1:15 pm, edited 1 time in total.
