Dummies' Guide to Canon DSLR Photography

Postby leek on Wed Jul 06, 2005 12:18 am

Apparently Canon have published a site full of tips to help beginners in the area of Digital SLRs....

http://www.canon.co.jp/Imaging/enjoydslr/index.html

VERY conveniently, and in a desperate attempt to capture an audience within the Australian Nikon community they have also included a guide on how to capture a decisive moment

I just had a decisive moment.

I decided to waste 2 minutes of my time and get a nice screen cap of how you get that decisive moment, in case people are too afraid to click that link for fear of tubgirl..

This is exactly what I was looking for. It's giving me the theory with the pratical pictures and explanations. Fantastic stuff.

Back to ISO settings.....

P.S. I told you I was a complete novice, trying to run before walking.

You can dial in the number of megapixels you want, it's then up to the operator to give them to you. :p
