Re: Filter Question
Go for the Hoya Super Pro1 or S-HMC, B&W is too expensive and I don't think you need it, I have all of them in 77/72/67/62, I found the most I used is Hoya Super Pro 1. You can get it from http://www.2filter.com/ No taxes . Birddog114

Andy Not trying to influence you one way or the other, but read what Thom Hogan says about filters first: http://www.bythom.com/filters.htm See ya
thanks cricket.....I had read that a whle back and forgotten about it. Unfortunately, I tend to take my camears into situations where thing get damaged. I would hate to ruin somthing for the lack of a few more bucks. Ohyeah, I'm also clumsy on occasion....

Bushfire season?Yes, I understand. You'd want to top yourself if you scratched the front lens of your VR
Do you take it with you on days like Christmas Day? Which, BTW, looks more like an Australian Christmas Day. Surely, it can't be bushfire season in California? Trevor
surprisingly, this fog has been hanging around for a few weeks now. It was FREEZING COLD christmas day here. Very unpleasant as of late.
This was take on the roof of a local business during a training drill for a probationary firefighter. I had the kit lens on for these shots as I wisely opted to leave th vr back on the ground in the station. No climbing arial ladders with big glass around my neck, sorry. ...although the pic opportunities might be worth it....hmmmm A D70, 70-200VR, 18-70, 50 1.8, SB800
