Exposure Manager

Has anyone had or have experience with Exposure Manager? I looked at their price/service comparison page http://www.exposuremanager.com/scripts/ ... rm=compare
and was very impressed. I also read a lengthy thread on digital grin and there are some interesting comments posted. I am considering a switch but I thought it best to solicit your thoughts.

Also, I found a new photographer to admire. I encourage you to view her site; it is phenominal.

Has anyone checked out the chicago photographer's link above? I want to know her secret. Maybe someone in here can enlighten me. Is she using a medium format camera? Is she photoshopping? How does she get the faces so soft?

Here's mine to compare: Help, I have to know how she does this.

I've found the technique of putting an inverted dupilcated layer in photoshop and setting the blending mode to soft light works well

Open your pic in PS, then duplicate the layer, invert this new layer (apple-I) - (ctrl-I on PC?) and then set the new layer to soft light blending mode and then adjust the opacity of the layer to suit, 50% seems good.

You can then also apply a small gaussian blur to this layer (10-20 pixels)
