However I bought (rather impulsively) a new toy on Saturday morning (Canon 24-105 F4 L IS) and I think I would have been pushing my luck to then say to my wife I was going off all afternoon to shoot portraits Canon 20D and a bunch of lovely L glass and a 580EX. Benro tripod. Manfrotto monopod. Lowepro and Crumpler bags. And a pair of Sigma teleconverters, and some Kenko tubes. http://www.dionm.net/
...... should have said that the lens needed testing while new....... good purchase.......
Cheers ....bp....
