Well, at the moment it reads:
Saturday Fine. Partly cloudy. City: Min: 13 Max: 23 West: Min: 6 Max: 23 which sounds fine to me. Of course, I trust those forecasts about as far as I can throw them (which is not very far if printed on the side of a fridge).
Hmm... I might wander out to this somewhere between 12 and 6pm.

Who's heading in for the pre-dawn session and what's the meeting point/time? If anyone form the southern suburbs (St George area) is keen, I'd be happy to offer you a lift. It'll be a quick ride in at that time of day
Andrew
Andrew
I'll be there from 6am with Trieu and Johnd turning up shortly after we are meeting next to (city side) of the Park Hyatt hickson rd have PMed you my mobile number
Andrew I was planning on Training it in from Mortdale, but if you are coming past I'd be more then happy to scab a lift it would make my morning a little easier
PM's sent. See you guys tomorrow morning.
I have to head back home by 8:00 at the latest for my youngest sons soccer match. I'm hoping to head back out to Circular Quay later in the day to capture some of the Festival. Andrew
I'm also considering hopping on a ferry or two... before I head home.
Trying some of Shelia's candid techniques and if its a nice day a little cruise might be quite photogenic.
Shall do Trieu. Weather looks akay atm. From the BOM
Andrew
I might get Craig's or someone else's number as, if ya'll are out there still at 12, I'll probably head in sometime between 11 and 1.

Our hearts bleed for you, Peter I'm out for both shoots unfortunately guys - turns out I just have too many things to do on the weekend, with not enough time. Whoever is going to the minimeet and walkmeet, see you at those!
my heart bleeds for you...... hahaha should have checked for replies before I sent mine
That's a shame Des, see you at the walkmeet!
From todays gathering...
Sydney Cove International Passenger Terminal. The place to chimp your shots. Craig (Alpha7), Keith (Firsty) and Trieu caught in the act. John (johnd), the canny Taswegian, escaped my clutches... Andrew
Andrew
Clone out the monkeys and that would be a cracker of a shot. I love the composition with all those interesting verticals and leading lines. Plus you've got one of my favourite Sydney buildings in the image. Well done. Peter

The last and the first (in that order) are the standouts here for me. I especially like the OOF buddha in the last one. Peter

Fab sorry we missed you... 2.30 pm when you were there would have been a better time, When we were there at 10.30am you could not move for people with cameras all standing in our way
unlike yours, none of the shots I got at the festival were worth posting for those who missed it here are some of my shot from the rest of the day
Keith, those shots of yours are technically rubbish. On closer inspection it appears to be an equipment issue. I'd be happy to take off your hands that lump of crap you were forced to cart around all day. I'll even throw in my almost new D70 in as part of the deal. No need to thank me, it's just part of the service I offer
Andrew
Keith, ditto the offer from Andrew but I'll throw in an ML-L3 instead of a mouse.
Like the shots too, still haven't got round to going thru mine. D3, D300, 14-24/2.8, 24-70/2.8, 85/1.4, 80-400VR, 18-200VR, 105/2.8 VR macro, Sigma 150/2.8 macro
