In this video, my first one for DSLR Users.com, we'll be using Alpha_7 and giving him a face transplant with Jeremy Clarkson out of Top Gear.
In part one, you'll be going from this...
...to this.
In part two, you're outcome will look like this...
Part One:
Online Flash Video
WMV (coming soon)
Divx (coming soon)
Part Two:
Online Flash Video
WMV (coming soon)
Divx (coming soon)
Image files (for you to try the operation yourself):
ZIP Archive
Cheers to Craig (Alpha 7) for volunteering his face for this video. If all goes well, I'll use his face for the other tutorials in the Headchop series unless someone else wants to be used too.

Champion effort Leigh! I only watched the first 3-4 minutes of the first one, but it looks really good so far. You're not speaking too fast for me, but I am reasonably comfortable with PSCS2.. Not sure about people who are new to the program.

Thanks Leigh, I've watched the first part. It seems so easy.
When I get a chance I'll have a go.
I've seen a similar thing somewhere on the net where a guy did it with a shot from starwars.
Thanks again this helps us noobs.
Cheers

Agreed, Liam, the scale is wrong. The forehead is extra large & the features too small. That said I think this doesn't detract from the techniques being discussed

Well, the intent of the video is to show the technique, and to do it pretty quickly as well as explain (sort of) what's going on.
The user can refine that technique and perfect it for themselves, but I've made this to show how it's done and to show how it can be done in a fairly short timespan.
