!80 at WollongongHi,
This is 4 pictures at 12mm with the Sigma: Cheers, Gerard
I rightclicked on the "image", copied the url from properties and popped it into another window.....the image appeared...
Interesting.....I know very little about the logistics of taking panoramic shots, but it looks great. What did you use to stitch it together?
Nice Glamy! I was down there just yesterday for a swim!
Is this a stitched pano or just the Sigma 12-24 wide open?? I want that Sigma in my camera bag real soon! Steve Wollongong Wolves, Manchester City, Newcastle Utd. D70 Freak!

Nice shot - the link is showing for me now, but only after I pasted the url into a new window to view it (guessing the image showing inline is coming from cache). I do wish you and others here would STOP DOING PANO SHOTS (was that loud enough) cos the more I see the more I want to do them too. I have Panorama factory and autostich and have had a tiny play but to do panos you need $$$$$ for:
I'm having enough problems dealing with lens lust (can't decide to get Sigma or Nikon) Cheers Peter

Yes stubbsy, know how you feel. Started with the SB800, everybody showing their great shots. Bought one. Next, macro, loving the macro, Lusting. Haven't got pano lust yet. Holey moley, we need a patch to help with the cravings. Greg - - - - D200 etc

Still no pics - OK the mac sucks in right clicking - but still no pics Chris Chris

Sorry about the picture, it showed on the preview. I try again and add the link:
http://www.pbase.com/glalamy/image/38303183 I could have worked on it a bit more, but I spent some time removing the markings that affect the demoes. Cheers, Gerard PS: thank you for the feedback.
Glamy,
Nice pic of one of my favourite spots I was passing that harbour and the light house etc in my fishing boat the other morning - about 300 metres of the coast - cloudy still morning - all of a sudden the sun burst through and lit up the entire place - perfect - but NO CAMERA on board still next time Keep up the good work John
Nice pano, looks like a nice part of Wollongong, not the part i remember though

Love the first one!!!!!
I would like to see a copy with the vehicles cloned out, take away the human element of the shot IMO, I think it would make the image just that little better Cheers Ray PS: just had a quick play Hope you don't mind???? http://www.users.bigpond.com/r.s.mullen ... /pano2.jpg >> All of us could take a lesson from the weather. yeah ... doesnt always work, and theres still imperfections ... but just use your grid to keep horizon level, and use about a 30% overlap ...oh, and exposure lock ... and although i did use one, generally dont use a CPL or angle orientated filter.
