Anti-shake sensors meet IS lensesSo it seems there are two camps - Nikon and Canon with image stabilised lenses; and Konica-Minolta with anti-shake sensors.
Does anyone think that Nikon and Canon will ever invest in anti-shake sensors ... and whether that would combine with IS lenses effectively Canon 20D and a bunch of lovely L glass and a 580EX. Benro tripod. Manfrotto monopod. Lowepro and Crumpler bags. And a pair of Sigma teleconverters, and some Kenko tubes. http://www.dionm.net/
Pentax also has in camera antishake sensor in its K100D.
good bit is you can use 30+ years of lenses on it. would be interesting to see what would happen with IS lens and IS body Shane

I hope they will! But I guess it depends on how anti-shake sensors would affect the sale of their IS/ VR lenses. Personnally, it's exactly the sort of innovation (with some anti- dust technology) I'd like to see on a Nikon DSLR body rather than always more megapixels, frames per second, etc.
