They have a very nice wine list! very impressed!
And they were selected without screwcap, only bottle with cork.

Hi Guys.

Sorry about the lack of contact, didn't have access to the net whilst up there, and didn't have time to arrange anything before I left.

Training was good, very technical but I think I got a lot out of it.

Real shame...Tetsuya's would have been nice...Steffen was extremely disappointed....I think we should have him step down as ambassador for North ryde now :idea:

Didn't stumble across tetsuyas but we ate at the Marriot hotel which is where we stayed, and the food was really nice. Especially so because work paid for it.
