Our forum is planning flying upthere for a day with a DC-3 from Sydney sometime in Nov. for a meet. Please check the Sydney chapter, there's a thread posted few weeks ago.
We might meet you as well, perhaps you'll be our local guy and tell us where to go for photo & enjoying wine!!!!! Good timing.

Fabulous!
It really is a beautiful area, plenty of nice rural shots (vineyards, hills, farms and so on), beautiful historical buildings and churches and of course fine wine.
Good timing indeed.
