Hi All, Mic Update.

Postby mic on Wed Jul 19, 2006 2:27 pm

I am alive, My family and I have moved out of our house and currently trying to sell it. We have had to rent a place until we settle on the other side of town.

We got a restraining order on the prick and he is going to be charged in August we have been told.

I have just got all my internet on yesterday.

We will get legal advice on where to go from here after he is charged in respect to sueing this low life, but that is a bit down the track at the moment.

Just wanted to let you all know I am still alive but very tired and very nervous at night, I have been told to go get some counceling.

Cheers,

Mic.

Mic, just a thought, I would take a copy of your restraining order and police incident report and write to your state revenue office (http://www.sro.vic.gov.au) requesting an exemtion on stamp duty on your next purchase to the same value as what you paid here. I would aslo send a CC copy to your local state MP with covering letter. You have a good case there to save a few thousand and they would be aware of the adverse publicity a negative response would incur.

If it works you can buy me a beer when you are in Sydney

Mic

Great to hear things are looking up. Don't just talk about the counselling go do it. If you don't know where to go ask your GP. You and your family has suffered a traumatic event. All of you, and especially your children, need to deal with the consequences. A professional counsellor will make this process a better one.

Hi mic,

Glad to hear things are sorting themselves out for you and your family. Take care, and we are all thinking of you. I agree with stubbsy...go and talk to someone. There is no use in bottling things up, they only come back to haunt you at some later stage...trust me, I know!

Best wishes!

Thanks guys,

Stubbsy, that Avatar of yours makes me more nervous

Thanks for all our concern guys, It has been hell but we are slowly getting somewhere I think

Yes I will get some help on the counceling side of things and try and get my brain right.

One of the things that really annoys me is how many tentacles this shit has to it, I have to go with my wife tomorrow and put our kids in another child care centre, my 3 year old Morgan loved her teacher / carer at our last one and the teacher broke down crying when we left there last week.

It just really shits me how this prick has effected everything.

BASTARD ! PRICK ! BASTARD !

Sorry, had to vent.

Thanks,

Mic
