Phillip, the only possible purpose of that picture is for sexual gratification. The one and only conclusion that can be drawn from you having taken that picture is that you wish to do harm to the child.

Let's pre-emptively lock you away for life.

It's OK guys!, it was the RSPCA, they wanted to know why I was taking photos of topless ducks :lol: :lol: :lol:

In the SMH today page 14, Opinion & Letters.
Under the: "Banning photography on beaches leaves some at sea"
George Newhouse, Deputy Mayor, Waverley Council has his words on it and said:"It was a misunderstanding about the Council plans to ban camera on beaches"
I think he could not take off with his "gung ho" comments previously and now try to doze it down.
