Sydney's friday arvo sunset, anyone?

Anyone capture it??

The sunset yesterday evening in Syd was one of the best i've seen in quite some time... the clouds were very low to the horizon and had formed fantastic 'S' shape patterns. It was truely spectacular!

I was driving across Anzac bridge and noticed a photographer with tripod and step ladder setup on the walkpath.

Did not capture the full glory of it, but is it this one ?

Well it wasn't me on the ANZAC bridge but I was at north head. You can see Chatswood in the backgorund.







Unfortunately didn't have the tripod with me so all shots are handheld.

that last shot of Geoff's really captures what i remember it as... nice work!

IMO the sky resembles of the surface of Jupiter. Bummer you didn't have the tripod!

sydney is such a beautiful place.
i havent seen there for years.
looking at the sunset makes me want to go there and take pictures for myself.
