Hi all,

Ok I've been pretty much trying to squeeze in as much dev. time on my site as humanly possible w/out going insane.

Can you please have a look and let me know what you think?

http://www.digifocal.com/

For the mac users, can you please let me know if it looks shite in Safari? That's pretty much the only other browser I'm going to try and make it look decent in. Internet Explorer (MSIE) drives me insane.

Don't mind the wishy washy intro text - I'm still stuck for ideas. Also slowly gathering together the rest of the folio section.

Cheers,

Safari looks OK. Actually the font was a bit bigger than Firefox, which seemed a little small.

Also a little CSS treatment on the text links would be nice, the default blue on the dark background is hard to read. Just a quick look so far, will have another look later.

cheers.

Wayne like it and works well. Two very small points. Found it odd that recent events aren't also in the folio. Thought the two first images on the Loreal event were the weakest and would probably lead with something else, there are so many good shots there :D

it looks fine in safari

i just noticed i think in design sense you would be more successful picking out your best 3 or 4 and populating that top bar header with the image of the loreal model, currently there is just that 1 pic there and a huge empty bar doing nothing, to me it's wasted real estate

people are often impatient and just want to see the content with as little clicks possible

my suggestion is to get your best loreal pic 4 models behind the blue light
that picture of the year image of the bike race and that gorgeous nostalgic sepia tone pic of the wedding and anymore of your strong ones

great effort anyway as you have changed your site design twice in a month

Hi guys,

thanks for the feedback. greatly appreciated.

Glen - the recent events is mainly just an online proof sheet of the photos from the event. The folio section is a bit more stricter with the selection. I can understand what you mean about including the recent events in the folio. I think I'll add a link to that. Thanks :D

Wendell - Ahh you picked me up on the banner. It was still a work in progress and due to my impatience, totally forgot about it :D I'll try it out with the montage style - might have to increase the height of the banner. Will try it out.

Hopefully this design won't change for another few months :D
