Tripod & ballhead help please

Postby aussichef on Tue Sep 12, 2006 2:31 am

As i have stated in another post i am getting the nikon 270-200vr & 17-55 2.8 from here once my tax cheque arrives
Now not wanting to put too much stress on my d50. I will want to use the tripod ring on the vr to mount on a tripod
At the moment i only have a cheap tripod
Now remembering i am spending 2k on the lens what is a good economical tripod & baqll head for my d50 & 70-200 vr

Warren, I would suggest a Benro ballhead and tripod as a good economical alternative to more pricier brands

Vince,

Check the current thread on setting up a group order from RRS. I think that might give you some answers
