Adam, I haven't printed with it but readily available, Borge Imnaging in Sydney or Melbourne stock it, Epson make their own brand as well. The printer even comes with the roll feeder

I don't have the R1800, but do have it's little brother, and print on roll paper quite often - I occassionally do panorama's ;)

The R800 works really nicely with rolls, and I haven't had any trouble finding them. Haven't taken any notice of availability of A3 rolls though :(

Sheepie, where do you get your A4 rolls from and what type are they?

I'm looking at getting some Ilford and Epson rolls from B&H in my next order from them as it's cheaper than the best local price I've managed to find, but maybe I haven't looked hard enough.

Also, do any R800/R1800 owners have suggestions re printing panoramas longer than 1.1m? There seems to be a bug in the Epson print drivers that doesn't handle files with more than 15 bits of length (at the driver's internal resolution of 720 ppi). Some of the bigger Epson printers (with an internal resolution of 360 ppi) can handle prints twice as long, but even that wouldn't be enough for the 2.8m pano I was trying to print last week...

Any suggestions for different ways of using the Epson drivers, or alternative drivers/RIPs?
