Image GIF animator

Postby Geoff on Sat Nov 18, 2006 11:52 am

Hi all,
I'm hoping to find an image animator. I'm wanting to put about 10 images that cycle on the front of my website. I have been told that this can be done in PS, but my skills aren't quite up there to create this and was wondering if anyone used or knew of a program that would allow me to select 10 images, and then it work it's magic and create an animated GIF (from 10 jpeg images if possible). I have done a google search and found a few but was wondering if anyone had a particular program in mind.

I've used MS Gif Animator. It's a very simple to use but cant do anything fancy.

Paintshop Pro used to come with Animation Shop which I found quite good too.

I too use ImageReady from the CS2 package.

Easy to use if you know photoshop, just need to learn a bit about keyframing and animations... nothing too hard, but can do alot.

I use Easy Gif Animator 3, and it works well. I have a few large animations posted on my web page http://www.ozemail.com.au/~loomberah, check out the big storm and night sky animations if you have broadband.
