held my nerve & cleaned my sensor

I finally got up the courage
i used the Copperhill cleaning kit
took me 4 goes but got rid of some dust bunnies off my senor
the first time i think i put on more than i took off
the second i just moved them around i think from place on the sensor to another
the third i seem to have put a peice of lint on let it dry & blow it off with a blower lol
fourth got rid of the last bunny
for now i have a clean sensor
not scared any more
till the next time

I always find that sensor cleaning works best using the two-fluid method.

I remember I cleaned my D70 with the copperhill method about a month after I bought the DLSR (that was now 2 years ago almost). Never did a wet clean since then, but I'm starting to see a couple of dust spots even at f8 now, so perhaps it is due for one again. Took me 12 goes the first time I did a wet clean to get all the spots out.

Well done Warren. I'm not sure what all the fuss is about. It's quite easy and practice makes it even easier.

It's much harder to learn how to use the camera properly than to clean it
