Hi guys,
Well this was the 1st time ive ever tried to take pics of fireworks, so armed with my new 055pro legs i got down to the edge of the water with 10000000 other people and took some pics
Ive only had my D70 for less than a month, my first slr so yeah im still learning HEAPS, and i know photos or fireworks are pretty generic, but i personally like how these came out due to the lighthouse, boats, and heads of people in the crowd. Makes it a little bit more interesting, i think so anyway:)
Anyway tell me what you think

Nice work! I really like the third one. I think you're right, the action in the foreground and midground really help the shots.

You've got your technique down pat. Nice firework pics. Now what are you going to do with them?

Ah yes, Fireworks. Difficult to get right but when you do they can be spectacular.
I really like the framing and the purple colour drift of shot 9/11.

Iscar,
I agree, the people lighthouses, boats... do add a dimension to the fireworks. Well done.
