Forum rules
Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent.

Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.

Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread.

Please also ensure that you have a meaningful location included in your profile. Please refer to the FAQ for details of what "meaningful" is.

Just a couple of the long grass  (was taken after we got back from Christmas holidays and I was too lazy to mow) and the two dogs. Thanks to 'beetleboy' for the frame action :) Both taken with the 70-300G.

Hi Bret, like the first shot mate and love these dogs, i used to cart sheep and cattle and it is great to see these dogs working, they are so gracefull in everything they do and the way they move.
Yours just looks great and those eyes stand out.

Reminds me of that joke that finishes with the Indian Chief asking the young boy

"Why do you ask, Two Dogs ^@%$ing?"

Love the first shot in particular Brett.

I like the second shot better. Nice foreground with the grass, and background with the bars.

G'day,
I'm a dog person (miss my old fella who passed away a couple of years ago :-( ), is Bailey getting on in years or is it just the coat markings on the muzzle?

Nice borders too, I need to get some good border actions for PSCS, so I'll have a search...

Cheers,
Mudder

Thanks all.

Shadow is just over 2 years old and Bailey is 3 1/2, he just started going grey when we got Shadow :!: He is also the hardest dog to get a photo of, he always looks so sad when you point the camera at him.

Cheers
