That is some serious fine print, atleast they are being very honest about it, but seriously how many people would actually be reading it. Your average Ma and Pa I think not.

We need to write software that reads these terms & conditions and find out those little sensitive words and highlight them straight away...

Just realised I missed a word to highlight above - it's an EXCLUSIVE right even! - strictly, that means that you're not even permitted to use the image yourself anymore.
