Another Queens image, with a difference.

Well I braved the crowds to get some images of the QM2/QE2. But I got wrecked because I only had a 200mm lens with me. Way to long, I think something along the lines of 20mm would have been better.

But as I was walking back to my car I took this image. Not the queens image I had in mind, but look at this bunch of rough heads.

Good work fellows on a top vantage point.

Andrew, well picked and you were probably about 50m away when you took it (or about 10,000 people away  ) I must have been contemplating taking a candid in the crowd not realising I was being taken myself :D

I'm always stroking my beard and actually I usually have my finger on the trigger so I'm not surprised.. but it is a bit of a penasive look. :)

Hey, structural integrities of bins is nothing to be laughed about, and when you have my luck, it's a serious issue.

Plus, Geoff and Glen had more problems getting down than they expected.

It was maybe 2.5 meters on the front and upto 4-5 m drop on the other side... wasn't a whole lot of room up there either

Our exit strategy was not as good as we thought, Leigh is dead right, but no one was standing in front of us! :D
