Geeze John,
That's a LONG time to spend in a confined space matey.
I hope they pay you well. You are the unsung heroes that carry our supplies, we just see them as we battle with our trolleys in the supermarkets etc. It's you guys that have deadlines and often hard bosses.

From a medical perspective, how often do you take breaks and get out of the cabin and stretch your legs? Do you wear compression stockings to help prevent DVT's/clots? PS - Not a bad shot from a P&S, and it's a Sony?! :)

Geoff, yes well we are not so bad as we do the loads in our time and we dont get paid by the hour so if we get held up that slows us down which happens at times but yeh no big rush as long as we get our 3 loads in a shift. Ok it is long hours but not a hard job more brain use and concentration. Ok now i have not been on Warfarin for some time now and take aspirin a day and yes i spend about one and a half hours then i have a stretch when i get out to load which only take 15 to 20 mins so yeh, get a sore ass now and then .LOL But yeh if you get the loads in the more you get the more you make.

I enjoy it even if the road is not the best and the mack isnt the most comforatable truck.

I would have thought that being from the Mount, you'd be driving for Scott's!

But anyway, have fun on the road :D :D
